Marco Tsui joined the Molecular Department of siParadigm in 2017. He developed and implemented a new product line for NGS including Lymphoid and Inherited Cancer NGS panels. In his role as the Manager of Molecular Department, he leads the operations of clinical next-generation sequencing and all other molecular diagnostic tests. He is also responsible for implementing and maintaining laboratory practice standards, staff training and development. Marco Tsui received his PhD in Biology from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and his postdoctoral training at Duke University, with a focus on understanding the mechanisms of genetic mutations and their actions on membrane trafficking and cell proliferation.
