Disease:
Glial tumors, neuroblastoma, multipl myeloma, MPN
Deletions of the 1p36 and 19q13 region genes are seen in glial tumors. Concurrent deletion of the 1p36 and 19q13 regions are prognostic factors as they are associated with improved prognosis and responsiveness to therapy.
