Disease:
Burkitt Lymphoma and High-Grade B-Cell Lymphoma, Multiple myeloma, B-ALL

MYC: This gene is a proto-oncogene and encodes a nuclear phosphoprotein that plays a role in cell cycle progression, apoptosis and cellular transformation. IGH: Immunoglobulins recognize foreign antigens and initiate immune responses such as phagocytosis and the complement system. MYC/IGH is a translocation that link c-myc to the immunoglobulin heavy chain locus (IgH)


Specimen Requirements

Collection:
'1~2ml in Green top (Sodium Heparin) tube OR Lavender top (EDTA) tube/ 10 mL of fluid in RPMI medium, or
1 cm3 marble-sized piece of fresh tumor immersed completely with RPMI medium or sterile saline/ FFPET block or un-stained slides'

Stability:
120 Hours/48 hours/indefinitely

Unacceptable Conditions:
DO NOT FREEZE
