Test Description and clinical significance

Genes
ATM, BTK, BIRC3, CARD11, CD79B, DDX3X, FBXW7, MAPK1, MYD88, NOTCH1, PIK3CA, PIK3CD, PTEN, PTPN6, SF3B1, TP53, XPO

Disease:
chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), B- and T-cell lymphomas, and plasma cell neoplasms.

Lymphoid Multigene NGS Panel is a next-generation sequencing assay designed to detect clinically relevant mutations in genes recurrently altered in lymphoid malignancies, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), B- and T-cell lymphomas, and plasma cell neoplasms. The panel identifies single nucleotide variants and small insertions/deletions across multiple genes, providing diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic information that supports risk stratification and selection of targeted therapies.
