The OncoSwift® Prostate Comprehensive Panel profiles prostate adenocarcinoma by detecting mutations, fusions, and copy number changes in DNA repair, AR signaling, and oncogenic pathways. Results support risk stratification and selection of targeted and hormonal therapies, including PARP inhibitors.

Two tubes of peripheral blood (10mL/tube) are collected in PAXgene Blood ccfDNA tube

Stability:
7 to 10 days at room temperature

Unacceptable Conditions:
Specimen submitted is not in the PAXgene Blood ccfDNA Tubes or n the PAXgene Blood ccfDNA tube after expired date. Insufficient specimen (less than 10 mL whole blood/tube). Specimen is leaking from the collection tube, or the glass tube is broken. Gross hemolysis. Bacterial overgrowth Submitted with incomplete requisition form (unless a requisition is subsequently sent). Unlabeled or improperly labeled specimens, without contact information or when failing to reach the ordering physician for clarification. cfDNA shipped in inappropriate temperature .
