In case the lymph node is not easily accessible

Combining Core Needle Biopsy and Fine-Needle Aspiration, along with suitable ancillary tests, is sufficient for differential diagnosis.

An accurate pathologic diagnosis of the subtype is the most important first step in the management of lymphomas
